Refund Policy

Due to the personalised and time-intensive nature of this service, refunds are
generally not provided once work on your report has commenced.

However, in line with Australian Consumer Law, a refund or remedy will be offered if:

  • the service is not delivered, or
  • the report provided is significantly different from what was described, or
  • the service is not provided with due care and skill

If you have any concerns about your report, please contact me within 7 days of delivery
so I can review and, where appropriate, offer a revision or partial refund.

If your submission is assessed as not suitable for this service, no payment will be required.
