About this Service
This service is provided by Grant Playford, a registered psychologist in Australia. Grant graduated from Central Queensland University with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (First Class Honours) in 2020 and is currently working as a psychologist in Adelaide, South Australia.
You receive a structured one-off written report based on the information you provide. It does not involve ongoing care, therapeutic intervention, or a formal psychological assessment.
This service is separate from Grant Playford’s clinical work at Fleurieu Psychology Services
Privacy & Boundaries
Information submitted through the intake form is used solely for preparing your Clarity & Direction Report. Your responses are treated confidentially and are not shared with third parties, except where required by law.
Communication is limited to preparation and delivery of the report. This service does not include follow-up support or ongoing contact.
Drafting and formatting tools may assist preparation. All content is individually reviewed and approved by a registered psychologist.
You remain responsible for decisions or actions taken following receipt of the report.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalised and time-intensive nature of this service, refunds are generally not provided once work on your report has commenced.
However, in line with Australian Consumer Law, a refund or remedy will be offered if:
- the service is not delivered
- the report is materially different from what was described
- the service is not provided with due care and skill
If you have concerns about your report, please make contact within 7 days of delivery so the matter can be reviewed and, where appropriate, a revision or partial refund considered.
If your submission is assessed as unsuitable for this service, no payment will be required.
