This service is provided by Grant Playford, a registered psychologist in Australia. This service is a structured, one-off written report based on the information you choose to provide. It does not involve ongoing care, therapeutic intervention, or a formal psychological assessment.

Privacy & Boundaries

Information you provide through the intake form is used solely for the purpose of preparing your Clarity & Direction Report. Your responses are treated confidentially and are not shared with third parties. Communication is limited to the preparation and delivery of the report. This service does not include follow-up support or ongoing contact. This service is not suitable for urgent or crisis situations. If you are experiencing significant distress or safety concerns, it is important to seek appropriate professional or emergency support. Drafting tools may be used to assist in structuring reports. All content is reviewed and approved by a registered psychologist. You remain responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the report.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalised and time-intensive nature of this service, refunds are generally not provided once work on your report has commenced.However, in line with Australian Consumer Law, a refund or remedy will be offered if:

• the service is not delivered, or
• the report provided is significantly different from what was described, or
• the service is not provided with due care and skill

If you have any concerns about your report, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can review and, where appropriate, offer a revision or partial refund.

If your submission is assessed as not suitable for this service, no payment will be required.
